World Book Day
We all had a great World Book Day!
A big thank you to all parents for the fantastic costumes. The children have had a great day celebrating World Book Day. Of course, World Book Day is much more than another dressing-up day. It’s a celebration of authors, illustrators, books and most importantly, reading. The ability to read is probably the most important skill we can teach children and we have spent the day enriching the children’s love for reading.
We had a costume competition within each class, it was a super tricky decision to make. Please see below the winners. They each received a £5 book token.
Reception: Leo
