Thank you to everyone who has completed a form so far.

A glitch on the form (caused by me) meant that you had to enter 2 classes per child - apologies for this! It is now sorted, and there is no need to complete a new form.

I've also made a note of any special arrangements e.g. earlier collection, and will contact those parents directly.
