Coronation biscuits - ingredients
Tomorrow the children will be decorating biscuits, which we will eat in the afternoon as part of our coronation celebrations.
The ingredients of the biscuits are listed below. Children with either dairy, gluten or any other intolerance that we know about will have a "free-from" biscuit.
All other children will have a shortbread biscuit. Thank you to Miss Page for baking these today!
The children will decorate the biscuits using food colouring, icing sugar and other toppings appropriate to their dietary requirements.

Gluten free oat flour
Margarine (palm fat, rapeseed oil, water, palm oil, salt, emulsifier – mono and diglycerides of fatty acids)

Partially inverted sugar syrup
Cane molasses
Raising agent: sodium bicarbonate
