Excellence through Effort & Enjoyment
Be Kind…Be Safe…Be Responsible

Usborne Book Fair - Tuesday 21st March

To promote reading for pleasure and to encourage pupils’ literacy development, we are having a school book fair on Tuesday 21st March.

All pupils will have the opportunity to visit the book fair in their classes, where they will create a wish list of books they have seen and liked.  They can either purchase books at this time or families will then also have the opportunity to visit and see these books after school.  The book fair will be in the foyer, via the main front door, from 3.15p.m. until 4p.m. on Tuesday, for families to visit.

When you visit the book fair, you can order via cash or card, or submit your order via an express checkout, meaning you will receive a direct secure payment link via text.  Those unable to attend can return their wish list to school the following day or send a photo of the wishlist via email (see Emma's email at the end of this post) and will then receive a direct secure payment link via text.

Your child’s World Book Day token can be used to receive £1 off any book ordered, over £2.99, please ensure you submit this when ordering.

The book fair is being organised in conjunction with our local Usborne Partner, Emma Joyce, from Emma’s Pop-up Bookshop and every book purchased will go towards brand new FREE books for our school.

Usborne will donate up to 60% of the total book fair sales value raised in FREE BOOKS to the school. So, for every £10 of books purchased, you can get £6 in FREE Usborne books for your school!

We look forward to having lots more books for your child to read, share and enjoy.
