Calling Year 6!
We need our Year 6 elves to help us with the Christmas Fayre, on Friday 2nd December from 2p.m. to 5p.m.
Parents: please complete the form below to indicate whether your child can help from 2-3.30, 3.30-5 or indicate the time that you will need to collect them.
We need an emergency contact for each child, in case of any difficulties on the day.
