For children who would usually wear the school polo shirt with shorts or a skirt, a cooler Mufti option may be preferred.  The gingham summer dresses are likely to be as cool as most other options, but parents may prefer that the children wear an alternative.  If this is the case, please ensure that your child's shoulders are covered - no vest tops/halter necks.  All children need to wear a sun hat.

As usual, we ask that the children have sun cream applied before school, and they will be able to reapply at lunchtime.  

Normal uniform rules will apply when the heatwave ends, which is forecast for Wednesday onwards.
