We are aware that there are ongoing issues with receiving notifications from School News on both Apple and Android phones, at different times.
We have raised the issue with Juniper Education, our website and app providers.
The advice is to ensure you have enabled push notifications via the settings on your device; if you still don't receive notifications, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
The issue seems to arise when phone operating systems update. However, we are in communication with the app provider and are continuing to try to resolve this issue.
