WOW! I have received lots of emails this week, read this blog to find out what Year 3 have been up to!
Thank you again to everyone who has emailed in showing me everything you’ve been up to this week.
Jack has been making dens and potions with his brother. He has also completed some times tables and decimals work with his dad. I also saw a picture of Jack reading a David Williams book. Keep reading! ✏️
Keira has been taking part in Joe Wicks’ PE lessons and been helping cook a delicious roast dinner. 🍽 😋
Abdullah has made a fantastic poster on washing your hands. He is regularly working on his science, maths, reading and spelling. He has also made a postcard including dinosaur fossil fact. 🐚
Mali has continued to add to her journal, keeping up with recent events and drawing pictures. She has also drawn a picture of the people she is self isolating with. 🖍
Harry has been making chocolate from coco beans!! 🍫 He ended up taking his karate class at home through video. Harry has also been practising some spellings and archery!! 🏹
Willow has been painting a picture of a rainbow with her brother. 🌈 She has also been practising her kinetic letters (handwriting) and lots of other activities on the laptop. 💻
Alfie has enjoyed doing some science experiments 🧪. He has also enjoyed working on a brainstorm about a Victorian inventor - he chose Alexander Bell and has learnt a lot and watched a tv programme on him also. 💡Alfie was unable to go to his golf lesson on Sunday, so he requested to bring the golf range to him… taking his clubs up to the local football field and playing golf. Finally this week he got his creative mind buzzing by creating a small step/ drawer and toy storage for his little sister. 🔨
Eve has been playing monopoly, building a jigsaw and producing some foot art with her sister. 🖼 Very creative! She has also been looking after and playing with her cats. 🐱
Harry has made his own pin ball machine and has been going on daily walks and bike rides. 🚲 He has also been practising his times tables as well as reading independently and to his Mum. 📖
This week I’ve had a lot of comments from parents about how much their child is missing their friends. It’s a very challenging time for us all. Stay strong and stay home. 🏠
Thank you to everyone who has emailed in this week. I’m excited to see what people get up to over the Easter holidays. Don’t eat too much chocolate! 🍫
