Your child will be coming home on Tuesday in their costume and will need to come back to school for the evening performance already wearing their costume.

Costumes do not need to be brought back into school on Wednesday, unless your child is attending after school club on Wednesday evening. Your child will need to be in their costume when they come back into school for the Wednesday evening performance.

The time frame for your child to be dropped off at school for both of the evening performances is between 5:45-6:15pm and they will enter school through the Year 6 car park door, staff will be available to guide you the correct way.

We are predicting that traffic may be a problem. If it is possible for families to lift-share or send their children in with others, we would recommend doing so.

When picking up your child (if you have not been watching the play), younger siblings will be with older siblings and collection is as follows:

Year 6 door – Year 6, Reception and any younger siblings.

Year 5 door – Year 5, Year 1 and any younger siblings

Year 4 door – Year 4, Year 2 and any younger siblings.

Year 3 door – Year 3 and younger siblings.

The performance is currently running at 1 hour 30 minutes, therefore could parents collecting arrive between 7:45 and 8pm.
