Last call for Y6 helpers!
Many thanks to the parents who have already completed the form, indicating when your children can help at tomorrow's Christmas Fayre.
Please would any parents who have not already done so complete the form by 12 noon today, to allow us to plan where the children will be:
COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS TOMORROW FOR YEAR 6 HELPERS
3.30p.m.
Children helping until 3.30p.m. will return to either class 6 to be collected in the usual way. Children who usually walk to meet parents will be dismissed as usual at 3.30p.m.
Any other time
As the Fayre will be in progress until 5p.m., parents collecting their children after 3.30p.m. should enter via the playground gate and make themselves known to the member of staff at the gate.
We will be able to direct you to where your child is helping, or will send for them to come and meet you near the gate.
External classroom doors will be locked and there will be nobody available at the front door to release children to parents. We will be using the playground gate as our entry and exit for the duration of the Fayre.
Year 6 helpers can embellish their school uniform with Christmas hats, hair adornments, tinsel etc!
We are looking forward to involving the children in this whole school event.
