We finally finished our bread! After a lot of mixing and kneading the Year 4 team baked the bread after school yesterday.  The children all tried some at snack time and are bringing some home today.  I did say that it might be even more delicious if an adult could warm it up for them.

They evaluated what they had created against our design criteria and we reflected on the process we went through.  I know it has inspired some children to get baking at home already!
