Today we moved to the design stage of our bread Design and Technology work.  We created our class design criteria and planned the flavours that would go well together and whether we would make sweet or savoury bread.

We also spent some time experimenting with rolling out salt dough to see what shapes we could make and use in our finished products tomorrow.
