There's been some strange goings-on in Reception's wildlife area. We found some secret symbols in amongst the trees and bushes. We realised that some of the symbols were in fact letters. When we combined some of the letters together we were able to make words, 'bush', 'push', 'pie'. There was also bark with a spiral and shooting star symbol on it. We were all very confused but wanted to find out who had left the messages and whether there would be more.

Both children at home and in school set to work writing questions to find out more information. 

There have been some great ideas as to who our mysterious message maker could be including the Evil Pea, our dinosaur visitor and aliens.

Hopefully we'll get a reply this week and find out what's going on.
