Term 6 Week 4 22nd June 2020
Well here we are at sunny Week 4. Looks like it's going to be a good one. Hopefully you can spend plenty of time outside and still get some work done! ;)
We are on the second (and last) week of fractions. The work is on Summer Term Week 6 (W/C 1st June) and it begins with a lesson adding two or more fractions. The sheets are below and I'm also adding the times table grid. Even if you hadn't made it to the grid you could challenge yourself to have a go.
It's your last week of "ous" words and this week they are words where the root ends in "e" or "ge". Remember to learn the meaning and the spelling!
I've had some work in from you on the Mission Possible booklet. Please keep working on that, a couple of pages a day would be good. If you are ready to move on I am also attaching the next block of writing too, Amazing Aliens.
Hopefully the weather this week will make it a nice time to go bug hunting! I've been so impressed by what I've seen so far. If you haven't done any yet don't worry, it's never too late to get started!
Don't forget to join in the Virtual School Games. Miss Sadler will award 20 house points for each attempt you log on the website.
Hopefully I will see lots of your lovely faces on Wednesday when we have our Year 4 Zoom assembly. It is on Wednesday at 1.15pm. You should have received an email invite from the office with the code and instructions on how to join. Have a great week!
