Excellence through Effort & Enjoyment
Be Kind…Be Safe…Be Responsible

End of Term Thank You

I just wanted to express my thanks to all our Boughton families, as we approach the end of another busy but productive term.

Your support is valued by us all and we hope that you feel that the school engages in a positive partnership with you.

The class assemblies this week have been very successful, and have felt like a much more personal approach than our previous family assemblies.  Thank you to parents for your understanding regarding why we have needed to limit the audience numbers; this has ensured that every assembly could go ahead, as planned.  The recordings from each assembly will be uploaded to the class blogs as soon as they are ready.

There are 2 more class assemblies before we finish:  2.30p.m. today (Y4) and 1.30p.m. tomorrow (Y6).

Everyone is ready for a well-earned break, and some time with our loved ones.

School closes tomorrow, Friday 17th December 2021, at 2.15p.m. (Reception/Year 2) and 2.30p.m. (KS2).

We are due to reopen to all pupils on Wednesday 5th January 2021 at 8.40a.m.  (We are aware that there is much speculation in the press currently but all we know for certain is that it should be business as usual!)

I hope you all have a safe, healthy and happy Christmas, and I wish you the best of everything in 2022.

Mary James
