In Design and Technology this week Year 4 will be researching, designing, creating and evaluating their own bread.  Today we did some research on the Warburtons bakery, finding out about its history and tasting some of the different types of bread they produce.  The children evaluated the bread in terms of appearance, texture, smell and taste.  Lots of children showed courage by trying things they had never had before and some even ended up liking them!
