Excellence through Effort & Enjoyment
Be Kind…Be Safe…Be Responsible

Term 5 Week 4 11th May 2020

Good morning everyone and welcome to Week 4 of this term!  Where is the time going?

You will notice the White Rose home learning link looks a bit different this week.  This has now been made a pay-for resource, however school is already subscribed.  You will need to use the link to access the videos for each lesson this week as normal but the four worksheets and answers are attached here.  The lessons this week are Summer Term Week 1 W/C 20th April because we are behind on their scheme by a couple of weeks.  You will need to access the link and scroll down to that week.  The first lessons is Make a Whole.  Again, if you started these lessons a bit later please go back to the start and work through them in order, i.e. from Week 1 Recognising tenths and hundredths.  If you are on any of the other weeks then please email me on boughtonyr4@gmail.com and I will download and send you the worksheets and answers.  Sorry it's a bit confusing.  I really do think these are the best resources available but please make sure you watch the lesson video before attempting the activity sheet.

For English, you should be still working through the Talk 4 Writing booklets.  If you have finished the Year 4 one, feel free to look at the Year 5 activities!  There's another two weeks to complete these.

Your spellings this week have the prefix "ex".  There's a powerpoint, poster and activity sheet attached.  Hopefully you are all still working on your countries project.  I have loved seeing the progress some of you are making on these and am looking forward to learning more about other countries.  Have a great week and remember to email what you have been up to and if you need any of the maths resources not attached here.
