A visit from Jason
Today we created iPad art of ourselves to help create a project promoting inclusion.
Jason Wilsher-Mills, an artist, visited Year 3 to tell us about a massive project he has just started. Today the children took pictures of themselves and drew over them in an app called 'Brushes'. They added colour and detail.
In the afternoon they added to the portraits of themselves, turning themselves into disabled superheroes with special powers.
The pictures they create might be used in a short film and Corby totems. This is all an arts council funded project and we cannot wait to see the final results!
